A waitlist of 10,000 students!

New Foundations is a public charter school and accepts students through a lottery process. Our online application process is through a citywide lottery program called Apply Philly Charter. Preference is only given to siblings of current students. New Foundations Charter School cannot make acceptance decisions based on any other factors than the lottery, including, but not limited to, student achievement, special needs, income level, or race.

As a recognized leader in whole-child development, New Foundations has a waitlist of nearly 10,000 students. If you are interested in enrolling your child in NFCS, please visit Apply Philly Charter to learn more about the enrollment process. If you have additional questions about enrollment, please contact our administrative assistants.
