New Foundations is a public charter school and accepts students through a lottery process. Our online application process is through a citywide lottery program called Apply Philly Charter. Preference is given to applicants in the following order:
New Foundations Charter School cannot make acceptance decisions based on any other factors than the lottery, including, but not limited to, student achievement, special needs, income level, or race.
As a recognized leader in whole-child development, New Foundations has a waitlist of nearly 3,000 students.
