Caring is at our core.
We are a big “small” school - a family rather than just a group of coworkers - so caring, kindness, and compassion matters in employee and employer relationships at New Foundations.
Our employees have the support and resources they need to grow personally and professionally, which enables our students to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally
Why New Foundations?
I love working at NFCS because of the sense of love and support between everyone, staff and students alike. I know there will always be someone to support whatever new plan I am working on, and I hope that our students feel the same sort of support from both one another and from our staff.
