Fostering independence, resilience and grit.

Our 12th grade students have a lot to balance - keeping their grades up, post-secondary planning, extracurriculars, jobs, family responsibilities, and much more. This page is a place for our seniors to find everything they need as they move through their final year at New Foundations. From senior dues, prom and graduation information, to resources for postsecondary transition, to celebrations of their milestones and accomplishments - it can all be found here in one place.

Celebrating the Class of 2021

We are celebrating our seniors’ confirmed post-secondary plans during Senior Commitment Day on Monday, May 3.

Make sure that you are included! Complete this Class of 2021 Senior Commitments Google Form by Wednesday, April 28.

Check out the schools and programs our students have been accepted to so far, and what scholarships they have been offered to support their plans. Congratulations to all!
